Resolved
We are happy to announce that we were able to fix the ongoing issue with our Google Sheets integration.

Due to update to a third party library, access to Google Sheets files was lost a couple of hours after granting initial access. This resulted in survey data not getting imported to your Google Sheets files.

The issue first occurred 6th of January 2025 at 6pm UST and was fixed a couple of minutes ago.

To re-activate your integration and re-establish a permanent connection to your Google Sheets files, please follow these steps:
* Visit the Google Sheets integration in your Refiner account
* Remove the currently linked Google Account
* Click again on "Sign in with Google"
* Grant access to Refiner

We are very sorry for the trouble this caused on your end. Please accept our sincere apologies.
